These terms govern your use of timestampunix.com. They are short on purpose: the site is a free tool, and the terms exist to keep it available and honest for everyone.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using timestampunix.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
timestampunix.com provides free, browser-based tools for converting and calculating Unix timestamps and dates. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Timezone and daylight-saving results derive from the IANA timezone database as implemented by your browser; always verify timestamps used in safety-critical, financial or legal systems against an authoritative source.
3. Your use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or mirror the site in a way that interferes with its operation for other users;
- present the site's output as certified or authoritative where certification is legally required.
Automated, reasonable-rate use of the public pages (for example, fetching a page to check a conversion) is fine; anything resembling an attack is not.
4. Your content
Values you enter into the tools are processed only in your browser and are not transmitted to us, so we claim no rights over them and store none of them. If you share a conversion URL, you are responsible for the content of that link.
5. Intellectual property
The site's original text, design and code are the property of timestampunix.com. The Geist typefaces are used under their open-source license. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, timestampunix.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including losses caused by reliance on converted values.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the site's features at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; the date above reflects the current version.
